I dont normally take supplements because I am so inundated with what’s best for you. I was introduced to this product by Lewis himself after a workout session, and I listened because he is a walking billboard for what he promotes.
I have been using this as a meal replacement, along with the ultra greens formula. With supplements in the past I always felt bloated afterwards, or if I went with a non dairy brand it just didn’t taste right. This one I pour into my blender with just water to avoid any extra calories, and it tastes amazing! It’s vanilla flavored, and has the consistency of a vanilla milkshake. Make sure to use cold water to blend it with. This combo gives me al the nutrients I need, and keeps my calories low. It’s definitely worth a try.
